Excellent process. Dr facktor was able to tweak my prescription so that my vision is perfect

Dr. Factor is very knowledgeable and thorough. She is also very warm and caring which I look for in all my doctors. I visited Dr. Facktor for the first time last week and look forward to her assisting me in the care of my eyes in the longterm.

Office was clean and bright, Receptionist and staff were friendly and helpful. Dr. Facktor is very knowledgeable, listens well and works to understand you as a patient. SHe takes time to explain things in detail. She is someone you can trust and feel comfortable having work on your eyes
