Dr. Bates is exceptional. He is very easy to talk to, listens to what you have to say, has a great attitude and you can tell he loves to help people. He notices even other ailments one might have and refers you to other doctors. Anotherwords, he follows through. In the past, he has noticed something with my eyes and of course I had a cataract operation. He also noticed something with my heart when nobody else did. I like that he takes the time to help you not just with his specialty which is Rheumatology, but your overall health. I reccommend him highly.
