What can I say? We did our due diligence and researched the procedure, and this doctor was recommended by other trusted doctors in the Virtua system. He was rude, arrogant, disrespectful, uncaring, unprofessional. This is major surgery on someone's spine! My sister's first surgery was a failure (which he refused to call it!), and he had to perform "revision' surgery a few days later. The first time, she was kept her in the hospital for less than 24 hours after major surgery, even though she asked for a longer stay because "something didn't feel right." he never came to see her. His PA came at 6am the following morning, and they sent her home. Insurance approved three days. I overheard the staff say that they needed the bed. The second surgery was same day! After her surgeries, they saw her a few times, gave her no education, amd said "go live your life ... you are discharged and we don't want to see you again." She has since suffered from chronic pain to the point of disability for almost two years. She is now seeing a different surgeon who is running tests for an additional opinion and treatment. Agree with the other reviewer ... stay away.
