I tried to make an appointment with this practice today. The receptionist Danielle was extremely rude and unprofessional. She refused to answer questions, instead got angry with me and spoke rudely and hung up in my face. I then called back to speak to the office manager, who was too cowardly to get on the phone with me so the billing woman hit on the phone with me. It was the most unprofessional experience I have ever encountered. The doctors should be embarrassed. If this is how the staff treats their patients I can't imagine the incompetence the doctors must exhibit. Got an Appointment with Dr. Feraci and am thrilled!!!!

Very disappointed with this practice. My children have been misdiagnosed several times and I feel like Ditoro doesn't listen.

Over the years this practice has evolved into business first patient care later. Children spend more time with the staff than with Dr. DiToro or Gary, Dr Z spends more time and will answer questions without making you feel like you are an idiot like the other two do. We switched doctors after going here for years.

Dr. Linda Ditoro is a very knowledgeable dpcyor buy her bedside manner is horrible. She can be rude and abrupt with her comments and as a first time mom it intimidates yu and makes you feel very bad. we ask questions because we want to learn about our child and how to take care of him/her, not because we are dumb. she should be a little more caring. i agree with the comment from the last reviewer that said that the doctors were very inconsistent in their diagnosis or medical views. it makes one feel confused as to which doctor is correct. Personally love Gary the PA because he is easy to talk to, not intimidating. he seems to also be thorough with his patients. He sent my kid for tests the other 2 failed to do. i go there because of Gary and because my kid hasnt been sick.

The MA were lazy and unhelpful, she was always late, if i have a 9:30 appt. she'd sometimes show up after 10. smart doctor, terrible bedside manner

There are inconsistencies with their nursing staff on how they weigh and measure babies. They are very accommodating for appointments, especially if you want to be seen that day. They have always returned my phone calls, but the different doctors within the practice seem to have largely differing ideas on the advice they provide. They are conveniently located, so I'm staying with them for now, but may switch later on.
