This office needs to be reported to the board health. The overwhelming smell of cat urine and mold(Noticeable stains /leakage on the drop ceiling tiles and ants crawling everywhere). Everything is extremely outdated and broken- I found out it is common practice to wait over an hr for your appt. I guess because he doesn’t stop talking about himself and answering and making calls- he screams and berates everyone he spoke to, even his employees. It was truly painful to watch and listen to. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND TIME, this guy is a MESS!

Horrible billing process!! I was told a bill was denied by our insurance company from over a year prior. When I wasn't able to locate the claim via the insurance's online system, I was told by the insurance company they have no record of a submission. When I inquired about it, the dentist's office billing told me they destroy denial letters and she has no documetation of the inusrance company's denial. Who destroy's denial letters??!! However, she told me it was still our responsibility to pay the claim because they only work with insurance companies as a"courtesy" for patients. Horrible!!!!!
