Dr Cho is amazing! I had an aggressive, rare type of cancer that had been previously misdiagnosed by another physician. He worked to get the labs done again for a proper diagnosis. He is incredibly bright, uses great judgement, worked with other oncologists to create treatment plans for a rare diagnosis, tirelessly worked with my insurance so I could get the testing needed and has a great combination of brilliant physician with positive bedside manner. He lays out the statistics and options and gives suggestions about treatment, but ultimately lets you decide what's best for you. Statistically, i shouldn't be alive. I'm healthy, thriving and have had no post treatment complications. I wouldn't hesitate recommending him to anyone newly diagnosed with cancer. The guy knows his stuff.

I was diagnosed with stage 4 small cell lung cancer that had spread to my liver, pancreas and adrenal glands. I was told that it was so far advanced, I may have two weeks to a month left. I immediately made an appointment with Dr. Cho. It has now been four months, and I am doing well. He is a very caring doctor who uses every resource possible to find a cure and/or make the rest of my time on Earth as painless and worry free as possible.

Dr.Cho did not listen to my complaints about changes in tissue from a previous cancer. Ignoring my concerns led to a very large, aggressive cancer, that could have been treated a year earlier had I been taken seriously. I feel I lost years of my life because of his youth and inexperience. He practices now with Willamette Cancer Institute in Eugene. I would not trust him ever again. I would not recommend him, nor would I ever seek his council.
