Staff was wonderful. DrCluwtt is always wonderful. Will miss her when she retires. Facility is top notch

Dr. Cluett is the absolute BEST!!! She has been my OB/GYN for over 30 years!!!
She delivered my 2 amazing children and saved me during the darkest time is my life .. forever grateful!!

She’s been my doctor for a few years I have no complaints. However, I want to add on comment below re: Janine St. John as my sister interviewed for a job at Sleep number. My sister was actually supposed to visit my mom who she hadn’t seen in like a month but got a call from Janine that day to interview. My sister decided not to go visit our mom and go to the interview mind you my sister was out running errands that day since 8am in the morning she told Janine this and also told Janine “ i can interview but I’m dressed rather casual “ Janine says “ No problem “ my sister drove 1/2 hour and Janine interviews her and Janine made a snarky remark on how my sister was dressed. Which she was wearing black leggings and a fleece zip up shirt and brand new sneakers ( she didn’t look like a bum or unprofessional. ) mind you my sister excused how she was dressed. In turn Janine started talking trash of other applicants saying “ oh I had a guy that wore jeans and a flannel shirt. Who does that ? “ she also said “ oh and another applicant “ not all computer efficient with a nose ring and tattoos “. She asked my sister 3x why do you want to work here ? She seemed to down my sister somewhat. She went on about herself how she worked for GNC and went on speaking about herself. She told my sister when the interview was concluded that the GM would call her. He never did. Also the talent acquisition/ recruiter Hailey Schaitel was a bit rude to deal with. Anyhow my sister didn’t end up working for Janine as she was turned off and offered a job in West Hartford. My sister said Janine seems like an odd/weird individual

She was my doctor for 3 years. I liked her and her staff. I moved and transferred out. However, I think Janine St. John who’s the manager at Sleep number in Canton wrote one of the reviews below. She speaks trash of people and her employer. I have a friend who was interviewed by Janine she said Janine trash mouthed other applicants and wasn’t transparent about the job and interview process. I knew Janine when she worked for GNC and didn’t care for her ( she has a negative persona and would talk bad behind customers and staff backs )

Called the office on a Monday, to cancel appt. with other doctor in her office. I called at 9.10 am on a Monday. Recording said office opens at 8:30am. Don't know why no one was answering the lines. Complete turn off! If your recordings say you open at 8:30 am then staff should be answering lines when I called. Rather disgusted and may switch out of this office

I have been a patient of Dr. Cluett for about 20 yrs. I miscarried my first child and she was amazing helping me to cope with my loss. After that, she delivered my daughter & son. I have had nothing but positive experiences with her entire office in the time I've been in her care. She has been thorough and compassionate. Would recommend her to anyone.

My sister and I both have severe health problems because Dr. Cluett put us on meds and never shared warning with us, or even checked in on us on the EIGHT years we were left on the meds. We now both spend thousands a year in health bills because of this and they are problems that will be with us for the rest of our lives, and we are both currently in our mid 20's and have been suffering from this for at least 5 years now. I myself have the bone density of a 60 yr old women because of the meds. I didn't even find out I had a problem, or even warned about the medication until I seeked advice from another doctor who immediately had me get tested and stop the meds. DO NOT VISIT THIS DOCTOR. SHE DOES NOT CARE ABOUT THE WELL BEING OF HER PATIENTS
