This Daniel Sullivan broke a tooth right in the front of my mouth to put on a crown. I had to go see endodontist for root canal-another $1000. which did not work. Then had to have tooth extracted for another $350.00 Then had to have prosthesis and work done on the adjacent teeth by Sullivan. All what started out as a simple crown in the front-turned into a painful, expensive, stressful mess. Sullivan tried to say the tooth was cracked before he worked on it. However, I have x-rays from elsewhere taken only 3 DAYS before Sullivan. Now I look like a hockey player who has had a puck hit his mouth, not to mention the "fix" that Sullivan did does not match well and you can tell there is something else there and pain I have consulted with a malpractice attorney-who contacted 2 different dentists, who hold advanced dental degrees and are from out of town. They are professors at a dental school as well. They both say malpractice was committed by Sullivan. I will be seeing him in court.
