Very meticulous and thorough;friendly staff ; have been going there for 15 years

The staff was flexible on scheduling and quite helpful paperwork wise in my experience. I am not sure I interacted with a different secretary or if the other review caught them on a bad day; they were more than pleasant for my visit. I concur with the other review that Dr. Flachs is a good dentist.

I am astounded at the rudeness of the secretary. She is one of the worst people I have ever dealt with. Dr. Flachs is a decent dentist but he needs to oust that nasty mean secretary.
