My review is about an event that occurred today while I was shopping in Walpole Village. Dr. Pelligrino walked by our parked car where my girlfriend was sitting and made a wisecrack about a couple Obama stickers on our car...loud enough that his snarky intention of trying to embarrass a stranger was obvious. My girlfriend recognized him (small town, after all) and commented on it when I came out of the Walpole Grocery. I would recommend that the "good doctor" either run for office and make good on his need for political change or stop making the very unprofessional comments he does towards strangers in public. After reading the other two reviews here, it's a wonder he can keep enough clients to make a living!
