This man is rude. I called to make a payment for my grandson and was asked how much without asking for the patient's name, when I asked for the balance I was told that he would have to look in the system and I was told I wouldn't be able to receive a copy of the receipt because he would have to scan it. Maybe he needs help in the office but whatever it is he needs to definitely work on his attitude.

He was a really nice man but he doesn't do his job well. I had braces and three years later I need braces again. I went to another doctor and they told me I had so much wrong with my teeth and needed braces for another 2 years.
