Examination by MD and subordinate staff was reasonably thorough but not exhaustive. MD answered questions but seemed somewhat rushed. Staff conducted more routine tests but explained what they doing only when questioned by patient. Some of the front-office staff were reasonably personable, some less so. Competent veterinary service.
