I paid $30,000 for a total restoration (every tooth now has a crown) due to damage as a result of grinding. From day one I experienced issues, particularly with my gums. After two years and a dozen or more visits, all of which I was talked down to unlike anything I have ever experienced, Dr. Corral finally acknowledged there was an issue. He attempted to apologize for his lack of professionalism, said he was obtaining executive counseling and told me he would help in any way possible. He said he was now convinced I had an autoimmune disorder similar to another patient and recommended testing, which was negative. He didn’t approve of the first test and recommended a different test, which was also negative. He then referred me to a periodontist who recommended crown lengthening and gum grafting. The initial cost just to get started was $5200. By then I was retired and on a fixed income. Corral did not agree with the periodontist and referred me to an oral surgeon. After reviewing my records I received a call from the oral surgeon’s office to inform me it would be a waste of money to keep that appointment. They said this was an issue for a periodontist. Since Corral had disputed the periodontist’s recommendations I scheduled yet another appointment with him. His parting words to me were “I haven’t done anything wrong and if you think otherwise sue me”. This wasn’t the first time he said this to me, but it was the last. He knew if I couldn’t afford a periodontist I likely couldn’t afford an attorney. In the meantime my gums are bleeding, receding and simply rotting away…

I experienced so much physical and emotional pain in this office. I waited at least a year to see if the damaged nerve will come back to normal. But until now, the numbing and discomfort seems to stay forever. Visited this doctor that I thought would help patient to smile better but my smiling gesture was changed to lip twitching from time to time. Been feeling anxiety , emotional distress and affected quality of my life. Until I feel normal again, Dr. Corral is always be a worse nightmare to me. The worst dental implant memory. I hope and pray that Dr. Corral will change the way he treat his patients so no one get hurts more.

Came to St. Augustine for 2 months and had a crown fall off. Checked reviews and opinions of people at our condo and decided on St. Johns Family Dentistry. Stopped by and got an appointment in 2 days. Crown cemented on quickly, efficiently and received information from Dr. Corral to relay to my family dentist when I get back to Indiana. GREAT SERVICE!! Hope I don't need their services again but would gladly use them if the occasion arises.

Dr Corrall put 4 implants in for me. During the course of treatment I visisted both his office locations. I found the staff super friendly and helpful, Dr Corral was very professional, explained every step of every procedure, empathetic to any pain I maybe experiencing. I found him to have a great personality and very knowledgeable. I would recommend him highly as I disagree with these negative reviews.

This Dentist has 0 compassion for his patients. I payed almost 16 thousand dollars for veneers. They were horrific looking and shredding my tongue to pieces. He is rude. Had no interest in correcting any issue.Talked down to me horribly and told me when I was trying to find a solution " he knew what I was doing and no Judge would side with me he has his notes" I've never sued anyone in my life, nor was that my intent. I wanted to stop the horrific pain in my mouth and see if we could improve veneers. Worst Dr. I've met in my life. Stay away.
