We like Dr. Kim very much. I think he is skilled and knowledgable. However his receptionist, is horrible!! She rude tactless and beyond annoying. Sorry Dr. Kim it's true you should really replace her.

Dr. Kim himself is a dedicated orthodontist, but his receptionist is a horrible person who is rude and impatient. She sometimes argued loudly with patients and she would yell at them.
