Horrible experience does not have any office staff and she is very hard to understand

I had a root canal with Dr. Antonopoulou and t was the most painful dental experience of my life. She was extremely rough, yanking in my lips to the point of having to move my head toward her to lesson the pain. She would numb me and immediately start drilling. She didn’t seem to believe me when I said I could feel it. She numbed me a total of five times before I she finally allowed me 5 minutes for it to take effect. She said it shouldn’t need time and kept shooting me up and then immediately drilling. After the fifth time and then a 5-10 minutes rest period I was finally numb to where she could drill. But she continued to be incredibly rough with my mouth and lips. She also had a poor bedside manner, letting me know that she was annoyed at my insistence that I wasn’t numb, like it was my fault or I was making it up. I was so sort that day. It was truly a traumatic experience.

Alexandra Antonopoulou performed a root canal on my tooth (#30) in mid September. She took far too many X-rays and did not communicate well when I had a question. Three days later the filling fell out, unprovoked. Exactly a week later, the same tooth was extracted. The pain was significant before and after. I believe Antonopoulou knew my tooth was bad and performed the procedure for the monetary gain only. Either that or she botched the job half way thru. I asked for a refund. She avoided my follow up phone calls and actually hung up on me the only time I got thru. AVOID AT ALL COSTS, or you also may experience a painful situation to your tooth & your wallet! Do not take you kids here! I am currently filing a malpractice lawsuit.

Dr. Antonopoulou and team were FANTASTIC! I had a root canal yesterday and I'm legitimately not in pain. They made sure to explain everything to me. They were great!!!

This was my first visit with Dr. Antonopoulou. I am a very nervous one when it comes to the dentist and she made me feel real comfortable. I also like the fact that she was very straightforward about what was going on with my teeth and what treatment plan I needed to pursue to correct problems that could occur in the future. For that, I thank you Dr. Antonopoulou and would recommend you and your expertise to others.

I have had 5 root canals by her over several years and they are were all done with no pain or incident. She and her staff are very caring when treating me and believe me, I am not a fun person to treat when I am in pain :)

Dr Antonopoulou is an excellent doctor and saved my tooth . The experience at her office was very good ; The stuff as well as the Doctor were very professional and caring .

had a horrible experince would not recommend going here staff is horrible. docotrs very unfriendly didmt seem to care about patients might i add she was extremely rough. was not my first eoot canal and never have i ever exsperience the pain i felt that day.
