The customer service at this doctor is horrible. My insurance was billed $85 for the contact lense exame that I paid out of pocket in the office. Then my insurance was billed $150 for contacts that I never received. When I called to have the billing error reversed, the receptionist asked me to drive back up to the doctor's office and take the money back in cash so she wouldn't have to take the time to file a revised claim. After I refused to drive back up to the office to help make her life easier, she hung up on me. I had no problem with my exam. The customer service and billing borders on criminal. I will be filing a report with the Better Businees Bureau
