I never write reviews, but I feel the need to spare others the aggravation I experienced. I went there once and will never go back again. Dr Helms gave me an eye exam and I didn't know my contact brand off the top of my head so we agreed that I would call it in and she would give me a new trial brand. When I called it in, I was told I would be charged a $80 "fitting fee" which should have been included in my first visit but she told me to come back. Now I know why...so she could charge me more money. I asked about glasses and she tried selling me generic frames for close to $500. What a joke....and he assistant Diane was no help and was rude when I tried telling her my situation. I have been to 4 or 5 eye doctors over the year NEVER did I have as bad of experience as this. Save your money and frustration!

Wish I had never gone here. Staff very rude and unhelpful. If you want to make use of your vision insurance don't count on getting any help from this office. After repeated attempts (over the course of several weeks) to get the required itemized bills for my insurance company I got fed up with the excuses- computer problems etc. and the nasty attitude of the office manager. I just paid it all myself.
