IMHO, Dr. Laila is the best Chiropractor in the world...And I've been to quite a few DCs in several states. Her focus is not a quick feel-good adjustment that keeps you coming back for more. She is focused on long-term wellness. She will recommend adjustments along with physio-therapy (done in-house) and nutrition and diet changes to get you WELL. On top of all that, she is a wonderful human being - beautiful inside and out.

I can’t say enough good things about Tustin Bodywork Bistro where I have seen both chiropractors take turns adjusting one another! Dr. Laila and Dr. Mike work great individually and as a team. The bottom line is that their treatments work and I feel better. The first thing I noticed when I walked in is that everyone here is SO NICE! They go out of their way to help you with treatments of course but also billing and scheduling. Her timing on when to do an adjustment is spot on and she helps you to relax your body so that she can time the adjustment just right. She’s a hugger so you’ll always get a hug after your treatment. You’ll also get a question that is health related. Becoming educated about spinal health and wellness overall is a top priority here so that you can take an active role in your own rehab. It’s a very holistic approach from diet and nutrition to emotional well-being. You can tell that they really care about your health.

I too purchased the groupon deal for 3 massages and had a hard time getting my first appointment as the person I was working with for over a 2 week period all of the sudden was no longer employed there. I was then put in touch with Lupe who assured me that she would get me an appointment. Well today I had my 1st of the 3 massages. I too only was looking for massage, not chiropractic care. When I purchased the goupon under Tustin Bodywork Bistro I had no idea it was a Chiropractic office. Today when I 1st went in they wanted me to fill out paperwork as if I was a new patient for the chiropractor and I refused as I was only there for a massage. I did agree to the free stress test and I decided to listen to see what Dr. Nayab had to say, I was most impressed with how genuine she seemed. Now although I'm not sure I will do the chiropractic side I am wondering if I will have any problems with my remaining 2 massages?

I purchased groupons for the massage group. I have for almost two months been trying to get my second and third massage. I finally asked to refund me since they could not reach their massage therapist and were looking for another, Instead they refused to refund and sent me to groupon. What started so well is ending in me realizing they have poor customer service and are poorly run. I also cancelled any chiropractic work , the massage is a lead in to getting an back evaluation. It sounded great and BTW you CANNOT refuse they WILL provide the back evaluation. I was even upset with that. I simply wanted what I came there for a MASSAGE and instead a runaround, Instead they are up selling me into back services and refusing to refund money when they no longer have a massage therapist.
