I have been going to Dr Polavaram for over 10 years. He is an O.K Doctor but as far as Diagnostic medicine goes, I would go elsewhere. He staff has turned over several times and that in itself is alarming. The wait time for a scheduled appointment is ridicules. In my opinion if I have an appointment I expect to be seen within 10 minutes of that time. I can not take hours off from work due to scheduling issues at a Doctors office. I also expect that if I express a concern about a problem, it should be investigated. This does not happen at this Doctors location.

I've been going to Dr Polavaram for close to 14 years now and have recently decided to find a new doctor. Raj is a good doctor but for the last few years he's had his staff turn over every few months. His nurse and office staff now are pretty bad. Raj likes to spend as much time as he wants with each patient -- which is good -- but his staff schedule his appointments to tight so you wind up sitting in his office for hours waiting for each appointment. His parking lot is always totally full because they schedule to man patients back to back to allow him to practice the way he and his patients want. I walked out of my last appointment because it was just an annual checkup and I just couldn't allocate a whole day to wait in the office for my appointment -- the wait was not worth the good medical treatment I'm sure Raj would have given me. Very disappointing situation. Now I'm off to find a new doctor.
