usually does not tell the truth about lasik. I think he is more in it just for the profit.

He messed up my eyesight in early 2009 and I had to have additional surgeries from another reputable physician to repair the damage. Caro insisted in my early meetings that my eyesight was better and was 20-20 and only when I complained several times and said I was seeing other doctors on my options did he offer to fix my eyesight with additional surgeries. I was not going to let him near my eyes again. Read up on the FDA seizing his illegal black box lasers online (I am not making a claim he used them but just saying that it is online in many places) and his 50+ lawsuits before you use him. Caveat emptor! Buyer (or client) beware. Do your homework before letting him (or anyone) operate on your eyes.

I am highly surprised at the reviews that Dr. Caro has received. I had my lasik procedure done January 2007 and I have no problems. I went and got an eye exam from my eye doctor 11/11/08 and everything is fine. I choose Dr. Caro, because of referrals from 30 plus co-workers and I am happy with my decision.

He ruined my eyesight. He told me I was a great canidate for RK, now I am almost blind in one eye and the other is getting worse by the day. I have seen several other doctors and they say the misshape of my corneas are the worst they have ever seen. That He really ****ed me. They say the procedure should have never been done. He put 8 incisions in each eye! My eyesight is so bad that glasses nor contacts do me any good. I have not been able to pass the eye exam for my drivers lisence,so now I cannot drive myself to work and am in jepordy of losing my job. I cannot believe a medical review board has not investigated this guy and if they have, they've allowed him to continue to practice. He just wants as many patients as possible so he can continue to make boatloads of money at the expense of peoples livelihood

This doctor ruined my eyesight and told me that I was the perfect lasik candidate.
