Medicare
Dr. Alexander is very nice and helpful but it takes weeks to get an appointment because he is a popular dr. Rhe staff is not particularly polite and they give you the run around. They don't answer direct questions. Forget about asking a nurse for advice, which I am used to doing.They are very short staffed.
