Apparently can't be bothered to even just return a polite message simply asking whether or not she's accepting new clients. (Several weeks, never returned message.) Unprofessional in any line of work, but as a therapist -- knowing well that potential new clients are almost necessarily under some kind of emotional stress if they're reaching out in the first place -- it's downright callous.
