Anthony is consistent and caring with with a patient ear and a thorough approach. I was referred through a friend who also received good care.

My friend and I have been separately seeing Anthony for a couple of years now. He has decades of experience and it shows. He has an extraordinary memory and remembers things I told him years ago. He has no ego, is compassionate, authentic, gentle, and a wonderful human being. It's so clear to me that he genuinely cares about his patients and their wellbeing. He's helped me through some of my darkest times and strengthened me to be able to handle the difficulties of life. His approach focuses on the present but also the past (e.g., "What happened to me in childhood, and how does it affect how I view and react to the world?"). His work is not a quick and superficial, but true healing from the inside out. My friend and I have grown tremendously from his work, and we both credit him for saving our lives.

Anthony is the best psychologist I have ever worked with. He understands people with trauma very well and communicates directly and effectively. He regularly runs 10 minutes late and sometimes checks his phone mid session but hey, this is SF. All in all, Jannette is a great fit for folks who want more “real talk” than validation, including myself, but you might want to consider other people if you only want to open up to the most gentle kind of person.

Dr. Jannetti has been a tremendous resource for me in helping deal and integrate past trauma in order to achieve life goals. His approach not only recreates the early experiences by being someone I can rely on, but also allows for me to become and find the best version of myself in everything I do. He has a knack for identifying areas and levels of myself that I never knew existed by working with the inner child. Can't recommend him enough!

I have seen a few therapist in the past 10 years at various times. Dr. Jannetti was the most helpful, caring and interest in my over all well being.

Anthony F. Jannetti can be inappropriate and unprofessional. Always 5-15 minutes late to my session. He leaves his phone audible and will respond to texts during the session . He also doesn't wear a mask during this COVID pandemic. The room he gives his sessions in has no air filter and he doesn't open the windows. On top of all this, I don't recommend him for therapy. I don't think he had a consistent plan on where my therapy was going and would sometimes not remember what I had told him previously. Also, on multiple occasions he has called me by the wrong name. I'd avoid this therapist.

Dr. Anthony Jannetti has been instrumental at increasing the quality of my life. Even after my first session, I've noticed changes in my well-being: better management of stress and anxiety, more effective communication, etc. He eagerly shares relevant books and articles with me and is incredibly flexible with scheduling changes.

Dr. Anthony Jannetti is the most dedicated psychologist I've ever had. He's helped me turn my life around. He is probably the only doctor that I've actually loved as a person.
