staff makes makes too many errors to the point of being incompetent

His bedside manner is excellent, felt comfortable letting him do a cysto in the office w/o general anaesthesia because felt comfortable he understood my discomfort both physical and emtional. Allowed my mother to set throught the visit and answered her questiooons with diplomacy and professionalism. Doubted he would have missed the bladder cancer on my father that another uro did.

Don't wait until the patient is undergoing the procedure to ask a lot of questions. Already embarrassing enough and not a good time to let on that you have not read any of the 15 pages of paper I had to fill out. I will not be back nor will I recommend. Appointment booked a month in advance, was there on time and still had to wait 1.5 hours.

Dr. Hurwitz has a great "bed side" manner and cares about patients. He is very concerned about what you have to say and also great at making you feel at east if you have to have unplesant tests done in his office. I highly recommend this dr. because of his knowledge and concern.

He is a wonderful doctor. Friendly, sits down & talks to you. Explains things clearly & is open to questions. Knows his work very well. Highly recommend him!
