One of the worst, if not the worst, doctor I have ever encountered. We'd give her 0 stars if possible. She rushed off (it was late in the day, so we suspect she was getting off of work) without diagnosing her patient and without giving us any time to ask her questions. Instead she just sent her patient to the ER when there was nothing wrong. Now we have to pay about $2000 worth of hospital fees after Kaiser dragged on the grievance process and refused to take responsibility. Some of fees were sent off to the debt collector and accrued interest (didn't receive any mail to inform us of that either) so we now have bad credit and more money to pay. What a scam.
