Dr. Gaies is a very experienced professional and a kind person on top of it! I know that my custody case is a very difficult and contentious one, and those are the types of cases that few professionals can handle. I have nothing but respect for the work Dr. Gaies does, especially because he has to deal with angry and threatening people in this line of work. I would use him again in a heartbeat and recommend him to anyone who wants an expert in the field!

I have read the positive and negative reviews about Dr. Gaies and I can tell you that any negative reviews about Dr. Gaies would be as a result of an outcome they did not want. First of all, I did not choose Dr. Gaies my X spouse did. You will find that Dr. Gaies does not Mince words, he says what he means clearly and directly even if he upsets people by doing this. Dr. Gaies report helped save the relationship of two children with me against a parent who committed Parent Alienation as explained in the Final Judgement.
Dr. Gaies does not pick sides. He evaluates the situation fairly and definitely without being biased. Dr. Gaies thoroughly took information from my side and my opposition. Even though I clearly had all of the evidence backed up by proof, Dr. Gaies still stayed true to being un biased and did not give any idea on what the outcome of his report might be.
His attention to detail was extraordinary. He evaluates every single piece of information and is able to summarize the meaning in a way that any attorney or judge will not overlook. The opposing attorney even tried to strike/ get rid of the report and had Dr. Gaies on the stand asking tons of questions in front of the judge even with witnesses to try and disqualify his report. The Judge after careful consideration excepted the report. The challenge is most Judges don’t have the time to properly evaluate all of the information related to a case as they are busy with sometimes as many as 1500 hundred cases. This is why employing Dr. Gaies is so critical to a have a clear understanding of the situation. Experience is critical when your life can be changed as a result of Dr. Gaies evaluation. I read his credentials and it is important to note that Dr. Gaies has developed his understanding of psychology and how it effects patients and understanding patients after putting in hard work of practice of over 20 years. Nothing replaces experience and time. His report about my situation was brutally honest and fair. If you truly want one of the best evaluations then employing Dr. Gaies is your best choice.

Jeremy is a miracle worker as a parent coordinator/mediator! He understands the turmoil of divorce and very helpful in situations that seem impossible to navigate with your ex spouse. Jeremy is skilled in working with high conflict, extreme conflict, and personality disorders. My case is a child custody/divorce that has been going through court for 3 years with no resolution. However, in 1.5 hours, Jeremy was able to get some agreements between my ex and me regarding our children. It's very volatile situation with NO CONTACT orders in place but yet, we could still come to an agreement.

Dr. Gaies is a great person to turn to if your case involves high conflict or domestic violence. The court does not practice common sense in regards to these situations but Jeremy takes it very seriously and acts appropriately.. and with sensitivity for both sides.

Highly recommend!

Financially driven and actually made things worse. He works against you by filing to take you back to court instead of picking up the phone and communicating with you.
