Since I have been seeing Dr. Chen and even her assistant, they are very helpful, friendly and courteous. Dr. Chen is very empathetic and compassionate. I feel she really cares about her patients as a human being and gets to know you as a person. I feel so comfortable talking with her and bringing my health issues. She is very empathetic. I wished there were more doctors like her who also tries her best to help you get better; and what I really like also about Dr. Chen and her assistant is that they always take the time to call you back out of your busy schedule for medical issues that needs attention. What a blessing to have her as my doctor!!
