Beautiful dentist office and the staff is excellent! Nicest dental office I have ever visited!

My son had clear correct on for years, did nothing for his teeth. Paid $4000 for nothing but problems. Trays didon't come in on time, half the time didn't fit. The dentist blamed it on the company, but didn't care himself. There wasn't no fixing the problem, the dentist acted like he was tired of dealing with it at which point we just went to a much more professional place and paid for another set of braces and my son's teeth look great. Dr. Heard seems very young and doesn't have the experience or bedside manner that most dentist have. And forget complaining at the front desk, you won't get anywhere because it's his wife and she acts like she don't know what to say.

he refused to pull my tooth and kept insisting I needed 4 fillings that cost me everything I had maybe I shouldn't have told him what I had 4 months later my teeth still hurt and i'm broke

Several years with Heard now. Not very good at communicating/explaining what needs to be done - just "you need X and Y", not why or what that involves. Claims I need a crown, with some attempt to explain why (but not what that means), based on a recent visit for a cleaning; said nothing about timeline, did not suggest scheduling that. Staff is friendly and helpful, frequently more so than the dentist.
