I left D. Kloth as it was extremely overdue. I got to the point I needed to take anxiety medication prior to appointments. Sometimes even cry while on my way to his office. Totally not worth the stress. I personally never had any issues with him however his fits were freaky.
The office staff were cold. I strongly believe due to the constant yelling and verbal abuse he would subject to them
There was always whispers of “Is he in a good mood today”. Never knowing when or why he would blow into screaming, cursing behavior.
Wait time was 4 hours my first visit. He’s booked 5 patients in one slot. Definitely mentally unstable

Dr Kloth was very arrogant and rude. He was impulsive, told me I didn't know what I was talking about, interrogated me then told me to shut and get off my phone after he asked me about dates of seeing other doctors which I was looking up for him. He left and practically slammed the door. This was the worst experience I have ever had with any doctor in my life. I'm canceling my follow up appointment, I don't trust him to put a needle in me. Not recommended, DO NOT go to this crazy doctor. When leaving I heard one of his staff say that they are going to need to take a Valium by the end of the day due to Dr Kloth's behavior. This man should not be able to practice! Otho-Connecticut should not be referring patients to him.

Dr. Kloth is mentally ill and dangerous. Literally. I speak this after years of treatment with him. He just gets worse. Office staff is pathetic, each and every one of them. I left him finally. Best thing I did. Much better care elsewhere. Please stay away.

Dr. Kloth's entire office staff (with one exception), from the receptionists to the Office Manager are the worst I've ever encountered. If your looking for rudeness, arrogance, ignorance and insults, this is your ideal medical office!!

This Doctor should be forced out of business, as he irrationally yells at employees and patients on a daily basis. It is of no surprise that the staff is equally miserable. This office engages in fraudulent shake down style billing as well. If you care about your health and your bank account...shop for a different doctor.

I'm rating the office staff. Maria J. in Billing is PHENOMENAL!! All other staff are mostly a huge disappointment and unprofessional, especially Halley the so called, stuck up Office Manager.
