We have used Dr. Johnson for many years and at one time she was a great doctor. Now I must say that her husband is the ofice manager whom seems to be a **** and know it all actually he knows nothing. The so called office manager is just as stupid as he is, and the billers have messed up our biller everytime we have used Dr. Johnson in the past 6 months it has never been right. Last year we never had a problem with the bills and she was very nice and understanding.

The office manager and staff was very rude and unprofessional at the time that my son went there to be seen for his asthma. I was pulled aside by the office manager and belittered by her. I stood up for my rights and told her if she had a problem with me we can handle it outside of the clinic,but I was there for my son whom was having difficult breathing and sounding like he could past out at any given second.later the "dr" came in and told me I should have been at the ER not there waiting on her. So I got my son and started to leave then she says"Oh I will go ahead and see him now since you waited all this time." But you do know that I walked past her as if she was not even in the room. Went to the ER and he had to be admitted and was there for a week and a half. THANKS FOR NOTHNING!!!~~

I was very unhappy with our experience. We arrived early and still sat in the waiting room for an hour past our appointment time. We finally got into a room, got my son onto a nebulizer (which turned out to be broken), and then waited for another 30 minutes. No one ever came to check on us and when I went to find someone, everyone had disappeared. Finally the receptionist tracked down a nurse for me. She eventually found a working nebulizer and we got my son's asthma under control. The doctor herself was not so bad. She ordered my son to be admitted into the hospital and called the admitting physician herself. She also arranged for his room, then called me personally to let me know his room number and where to go. I appreciated that personal touch, but we won't be going back to her ever again. The filthy office, rude staff, and egregious wait (5 hours for a breathing treatment and 5-minute exam!) made sure of that.

The wait is ridiculous at her office. Most of the times we have been there, we have seen the nurse practitioner instead. I hope she gets paid well as she does most of the work there!

i had an appt for my five year to talk about some concerns with class room behavior. she was late to me because of a walk in child sick, which is fine, but when she got to me, she was frowny faced, rude, unprofessional and left me in the office to go get her hair done , leaving me there with her husband whom is not a doctor, left me there with him to give me medical and parental advice, i dont know her husband, dont pay her husband, and sure dont want her husband in the cubical with me and my son like we are old friends, he had walked in the cubical while she was in there with me and my son. his name is not dr. on the building. totally unprofessional, always a poor waite and the office staff is usually rude on the phone, not too metion the fact at my sons 4 year physical a nurse had give my son his shots too close and we ending up in the er, no concern there either. my son had seen her since birth, will never go back to her , she was a total joke. is it legal for honey to walk in cubical

The wait is long but worth it. She is probably the best diagnostitian in north Alabama.
