Went to this practice after a negative experience elsewhere. What a difference! Dr. Ruman explained everything in detail, took the time to answer all of my questions. Yes, the place is busy, but extremely efficient. Someone always called or emailed me back promptly. We were finally successful with our second IVF cycle, and couldn't be happier with our care.

I think this doctor's office is very impersonal and feels like a factory. I met the doctor on my first visit and have only (at best) spoken with a nurse on every following one. They charge a co-pay just to come in and get blood drawn. They have also made mistakes in ordering me the wrong levels of medication that could have killed me. I can't begin to tell you how disappointed I am with this place.
