Sarah Bridgman came very highly recommended for my 16 year old daughter who has anxiety issues and was facing extensive neurological surgery. Sarah worked excellent for her for a few months, then after the surgery has not responded to our calls or text messages to schedule an appointment. It is clear she is reading the text messages, just electing not to answer them. I called again a few months later thinking maybe she did not get the message or forgot to call back. Again no response. Very disappointing management particularly for a mental health provider when it is assumed there is a mutually agreeable trusting and honest relationship. In primary care this would be considered abandonment. I give no stars for staff as I think she does not use anyone. When my daughter saw her for care she was helpful and knowledgeable. Office typically runs late, but that is common nowadays and we were willing to wait to see her. I am sorry that my daughter developed a therapeutic relationship with her only to left hanging.

Dr. Bridgman is the most amazing therapist in the whole Binghamton area. I have been seeing her for 4 years and she is extremely bright, caring, and smart. She has gotten me through so much and I don't know what I would do without her. She has helped me tremendously with my anxiety and OCD, and knows exactly what to say for me to feel better. Anyone would be lucky to have Dr. Bridgman as a therapist!!!!!

Dr. Bridgman is a horrible doctor! Her solution for my serious anxiety was 'just deep breathe & you'll be okay'. She didn't even thoroughly explain how to effectively do deep breathing! Deep breathing might help some people but it didn't help me & that was her only solution.
