I think Dr. Bates is very knowledgeable and explains things to where you can understand them. That is an important to me in a doctor. He not only helped me with my issues but was concerned about ways to improve my overall health. I would recommend him.

Dr. Bates has always listened to my concerns, given me tests as needed, and seems to be a very knowledgeable. I have noticed some friction with the staff, but so far I'm happy with the care I'm getting. You have to take reponsibilty for your own care now days.

Poor people skills. Little eye contact. Speaks abruptly and arrogantly. Would not recommend.

I have seen Dr. Bates for two years and would not recommend him do to his lack of communication, empathy or general guidance I needed as his patient. Basically, I feel he just didn’t care.
