Rank gave me the poorest health care service I have ever received. I was made to wait at least 45 minutes on the examination bed. When he came in, he was short with me and rude, and didn't want to hear what I had to say. While examining me, I mentioned several times that what he was doing was very painful, but he did not stop and did not offer me a local anesthetic. I felt mistreated and was shown no compassion. I would never recommend anyone to his care, and his presence is a black mark on the Wound Care Center at St. Elizabeth North.
