Dr. Vacca preformed by brain injury because I was in a motorcycle accident where I died for fifteen minutes and because of him I'm alive and walking! What a great man!

I agree wouldn't send my worst enemy to him. Came in asked about why I thought I had an aneurysm, then proceeded to tell a 10mm cebral aneurysm was nothing to worry about. Said he would send me to this one doctor and if couldn't do then they would send me tu UC Davis. He went on to say how the interventional radiologists were taking all their money because now they don't need a neuro surgeon to fix the aneurysm. He will never come near me.

When dr is with me he seems like he would like to be somewhere else. In 2 visits he has spent no more than 9-10 minuets with me and has never taken the time to sit down. He has twice told me to taper off a medication that I have already run out of. TWICE. he then gave me more so I could taper off. I told him of another medication was giving me many bad side effects. HE TOLD ME TO STOP TAKING THE DRUG. THIS MEDICATION STATES NOT TO JUST STOP. It needs to be tapered off. One of the side effects of just stopping as he instructed , could be a permanent SEIZURE❗️❗️❗️❗️Good advice Dr

The only person that was nice and friendly was the one at the front desk. Dr.Vacca acted as if I had came in with a runny nose not a cebral aneurysm. The only thing he did was to refer me to another doctor. Thankfully as I wouldn't have let him anywhere near me, let alone operate on my head. Dr.Vacca told me that my headaches were not from the aneurysm. Not 3 weeks after that lovely visit I had surgery. Woke up with NO headache. Wouldn't even send my worst enemy to dr.vacca.

This man is a wonderful doctor. Doesn't say much but doesn't have to. His work is GREAT

Explained from start to finish all that was involved in the surgery I needed. Did not push surgery, instead he gave me my options, gave me his opinion and why and then left the decision up to me. Made me feel very comfortable and answered all my questions. I would and have recommended him to family and friends.
