After going, I understand why it took so little time to get in for an appointment. Dr. Hurst only tested TWO different "levels," and went with the "better" option, then stopped right there, failing to test further. There's also an ongoing issue (blind spot in vision) he didn't acknowledge when it was brought up. The staff seemed nice, but then put a hold on our insurance money, and entered in that we'd ordered contacts through them, when we clearly hadn't (I'm assuming to guarantee we bought through them), so the insurance company had to call them to verify we never bought contacts through them.

Add all that to the fact there was a good 25 minute wait time with literally no other patient in the office (currently being seen, or in the waiting room), and we'll definitely not be going back.

There pretty good in scheduling your appointments .But the down side is you have to wait a pretty long time to get your glasses and contacts .It's been 2 months and I'm still waiting for the contacts.

Been a loyal patient for over 10 years, Dr. Hurst is a fantastic doctor and his staff is just as good.
