Possibly one of the rudest and uncaring oral surgeons I've ever encountered. Was late to surgery which staff told me its normal with him. Worst bed side manners I've ever seen. Very demeaning and rough. Doesnt care about his patients just money. Made me cry once pre op and once post op until I told him he wasn't allowed to touch me anymore and told the charge nurse to put that in my chart. Will be writing a nice complaint to a couple of people and agencies.

D r Alcade provided superb medical care and follow up. Very skilled and professional.
Also, a very nice person who really seems to care about his patients.

Dr. Alclade seemed to be knowledgeable and easy to get along with, but the wait time in the office was terrible. Called from the waiting room 20 mins after appointment to sit in an office for 20 more minutes. Spoke to the doctor for about 2 minutes, then waited another hour before seeing him again. My appointment was at 2:00, but they didn't even begin prepping my tooth for extraction until 4:00. Very frustrating.

I went to Dr Alcalde for extractions as well as two implants. Prices were in line with area surgeons. A great personality as well as good work. No doubt he is gifted in this are of work!
