She does not go the extra mile if you have a symptom you are concerned with.....she guesses what it probably is.....does not take a complaint or problem seriously.....what if it was her mother? Bet she would do a test to MAKE SURE that there was nothing serious.

I had a colon/endo today and I thought Dr. Reed was great! I would highly recommend her. I went to her office on Wednesday and seen her PA - Sherry and she was very sweet and knowledgeable! I did have to wait for the procedure because I was like her 5 or 6 one but I totally understand how things can happen and I am just thankful, even though she was running behind, she didn't make me feel like she was rushing and didn't have time for my questions...she was very nice and made me feel like I was her only patient today! Thank you Dr. Reed and staff!

My interactions were mostly with the staff and the nurse who were all very knowledgeable and helpful. I had questions and they always called me back promptly. As far as the Dr. she came came in as they were putting me to sleep and i talked to her for about 2 minutes when I woke up and was still pretty hazy. So I really haven't met the Dr. even though she performed the procedure. I remember her saying that she would make an appointment with me to discuss the results that was 2 months in the future which I thought was a little excessive. So I made appt. with my own dr to discuss results. It is hard to rate a Dr. that you have not met but her staff is great

Dr. Reed was fantastic. Before my endoscopy she sat next to me to talk about the progression of my symptoms. The upper endoscopy itself was quick and easy and I don't remember anything else about it which is great. After two months of constant vomiting misery I finally found some relief. A million thanks to Dr. Reed.

Doctor kept me waiting for a extended period of time. Was very disorganized, and did not know how to use the laptop properly? Complained to me about her personal life??

I also have Medigap policy. When colonoscopy was performed I did have to wait about an hour prior to surgical exam. I found Dr. Reed very helpful & knowledgeable in treating my symptoms.

DR. REED WAS VERY HELPFUL WITH A SUGGESTION OF CONTROLLING MY DIAHARREA WITH AN OVER THE COUNTER DRUG. I THOUGHT SHE WAS VERY HELPFUL. THE ONLY OBJECTION I HAD WAS SUCH A LONG WAIT FOR MY ENDO.AND COLON. BOTH TIMES A VERY LONG WAIT (3 HRS.) DON'T KNOW IF THAT WAS OVER SCHEDULING OR THE FAULT OF THE OUT-PATIENT SERVICE AT LOURDES HOSPITAL.

This doctor is treating a family member. She claims to be too busy to familiarize herself with her patient's history.
