Dr Greco is warm, compassionate, knowledgeable, thorough. She takes time to explain anatomy, test results, options, procedures. The staff has room for improvement. There was some phone tag but accommodating . Once you get in office there’s no wait time. Will send another review post op

She is the worst doctor that I have ever dealt with. She can never return a phone call. She would not even call my health insurance herself to have my birth control authorized. She had a nurse call that does not even understand my situation. She just prescribed two other birth controls without consulting me, one has the most horrible reviews and the other just recalled.

Staff still terrible after all this time. In the 6 years I've been here, Dr. Greco has always been super understanding and very informative.

When my former gynecoogist no longer accepted my insusrance, she recommended Dr. Greco. I have nothing but praise for Dr. Greco regarding her competence, knowledge and ability to relate to and understand me. I'd have given her 5 stars if it were not for the dreadful staff with whom a patient must deal. I have made three phone calls, thus far, requesting a referral for a follow-up mammography, each time leaving a message as one is unable to speak to a real, live person. The automated message I received each time is that if the call was received before noon it would be returned the same day. If not, it would be returned the next day. I am waiting for a return call for over a week! This is totally unacceptable and prompts me to find another doctor.

Dr Greco does not care about her patients. I would not recommend her. Last year I had a sonogram and she did not even tell me I had an ovarian cyst even though she knew about it. Now, a year later , I am pregnant. The cyst has grown and I need a surgery while I am pregnant. If she had removed it last year, I would not have to worry about it during my pregnancy, especially that it was much smaller. She has never done another sono to check on it. Now, I might end up with the ovary removal.

Dr. Greco is a great doctor, she makes you feel at ease and makes sure your comfortable during your visit, she is very knowledgable, i loved her as a doctor but recently had to switch doctors because i never could get appointments with her until 2 months later which was extremely inconvenient especially if it was an emergency the staff could never get me in on time, just wish they were more punctual.

I've been going to Dr. Greco for the past 6 or 7 years and have always been delighted with her, except in the past year her staff has totally lost it. I am changing doctors simply because the front desk is either poorly staffed or overworked, and extremely rude... it takes an entire week just to get my message to her. I spent the past 2 days being on hold for over an hour just to ask for a refill of my prescription! It really sucks, although I love Dr. Greco I have to change doctors because of the office staff :(

Dr. Greco is unbelievably kind, knowledgeable and caring. I've gone to many other OBGYN specialists, and Dr Greco is the best!!! I highly recommend her!!

I never got to see Dr. Greco because the office staff kept messing up my appointments. I'd set an appointment then get a letter with another date all together. When you talk to them, they blame you and become confrontational. I would NEVER go ANYWHERE where patients are treated so shoddy and the staff aloof to the point of being rude. Dr. Greco must be losing patients by the boatload!!!
