I was a new patient referred by an optician. Excellent service and I was very happy with the information that was provided. I had problems with my last eye glasses and I have been very happy with my new prescription.

awful rude, talked really fast and wouldn't answer my questions when I didn't understand. She had another patient waiting, I guess she double books patients so that she can process more people in one day

Micromanaged staff... Exam interrupted several times. Dr. Berated staff member and actually made her cry right in front of me. Cheep basic exam but up charged for things that are normally included at other optometrists
