Don't bother with this doctor, she is terrible. 1st visit she told me she only allowed 20 minutes per patient and I had to come because of too many issues! 2nd visit she was running 1 HOUR late and gave me 15 minutes with her. 3rd visit she told my young teenage daughter that she could walk of a plan paralyzed if she didn't get vaccinations - to my daughter's horror! I'm done with her - 3 changes are enough, she's absolutely horrible - no bedside manners - and she will not do the testing you ask for only the minimal.

Dr. Howie is is the best doctor that I've ever seen at Kaiser. She takes the time to listen & doesn't rush through your appt. Like so many doctors do. She's thorough & caring. She took great care of me & my Husband last Nov. 2013 when we both had pneumonia. We're so glad we have a good doctor now finally.
