Absolutely the best doctor I have ever been to. Incredibly thorough. He knew his information backward, forward, and in between. He let me ask a ton of questions, never once rushed or pressured me with his time. Very soft spoken and mild mannered.

Here is what my 73 year old mom says about Dr. Chan . “He is extremely thorough, he asked me several questions, performed many separate tests. He’s the best doctor I’ve gone to by far”. And she’s been to A LOT of doctors. Thanks Dr. Chan for taking such good care of my mom and listening to her.

Who knew that tucked away in the back of my favorite store (Costco) was a world-class doctor who just did the very best exam I've had in many years. Up until the past week I had always brought in outside prescriptions for my new glasses. And they never were exactly right. Dr. Chan has given me a letter-perfect set of glasses for the first time ever. Highly professional, very state of the art facility and reasonable priced...does it get any better?

Dr. Chan is the best! An absolute gift! I’ve been with him for over 20 years, and even though my insurance covers other optometrists, I pay out of pocket to see Dr. Chan! He’s THAAAAT worth it!!!

Never had a more thorough optometrist than Dr. Chan. He will not give up until you are satisfied with your prescription.

Great Dr. I had issues with prior Opthamologist with getting my script correct. After 3 attempts and no success I went to Dr. Chan. He would not give up on me until he got it right. I now have progressives that I love all due to his thorough work. A true gentleman and professional and fine Dr. I would recommend him to anyone. My quality of life is so much better now that I don't have to look for my readers all over the place.

In my opinion this is one of the best OD in Rockland if not all of NY. He spends TIME with each and every patient. His goal is not to run as many patients through his office as possible. His goal is quality caring service. Wonderful!

Dr. Chan has been my optometrist for four years now. I have astigmatism and it's never easy to find a pair of Toric lenses that properly fit my eyes. Every year, Dr. Chan bills me once but sets aside multiple appointments for me to come in and test various prescriptions until he's satisfied with the results. Instead of settling on good enough, Dr. Chan has the ethos of doing what's best for his patients. I've never felt rushed with Dr. Chan and I can't recommend him highly enough.
