Biography
Purnima Joshi, MD, is a board-certified family medicine physician with Adventist Medical Group. Dr. Joshi graduated from Lady Harding Medical College in New Delhi, India. She completed her residency at Howard University Hospital in Washington, DC. Prior to joining Adventist HealthCare, Dr. Joshi served in many roles with Kaiser Permanente. After a year of retirement, she felt called to rejoin the medical field and is excited to be serving the Rockville community. Dr. Joshi practices medicine that is holistic, individualistic and caring. She treats each of her patients with sensitivity, respect and kindness.
