The receptionist and medical staff was always friendly and courteous. Dr. Cutting (The Colonel) was always prompt. I think I waited less than five minutes for all pre and post operative office visits. He took time to explain my injury in detail, as well as the recommended surgical procedure. He also explained several other surgical options. He was always very friendly and took time for casual conversation. I have had no post operative problems. Dr. Cutting is one of the friendliest doctors I have ever visited and I would consider no other surgeon if there is ever a future need. I have 100% confidence in him. William R. Left in exam room for over an hour. Doctor is rude arrogant and inconsiderate.
