This report is not against him or his knowledge. This review is regarding a lady employee name NANCY. When you reach the office she is on the phone. She doesn't acknowledge you until she decides to approach you. Very concern about deductibles. RUDE, UNPOLITE, DISRESPECT, CONFRONTATIONAL NOT HELPFUL ASSISTANT, AND SHE HANGS ON THE PHONE AT YOU .This brings a uncomfortable situation returning to make an appointment with this office.
