Dr. Loman is my mentor. I worked for him for 4 years fresh out of nursing school, he is brilliant and taught me everything I know .

If you are considering Dr. Loman for OB/GYN services, PLEASE RECONSIDER!! I don't even know where to begin, there is such a LONG list of horrible experiences I encountered with him! First of all, they failed to notify me that I was pregnant after taking a urine sample on my first visit, yet he perscribed me medication without even checking and turned out that I was 5 weeks pregnant. He kept mixing up my due date, and finally spent about 15 mins starting at a piece of round cardboard to give us the "right" one. On my third visit, I guess they failed to document my pregnancy because as I was following him back he turned to me IN THE HALLWAY and asks, "Do you know you're pregnant?" Talk about professionalism and confidentiality! I couldn't believe the service! He seemed annoyed at my questions and provided me very little information, he even laughed at some of my questions. I am a FIRST TIME PARENT! I needed all the info I could get. I waited 2 hours just to be rushed in and out.HORRIBLE!

I have never waited less than 2 hours after my appointment time at Dr. Loman's office. Not only that, he performed an unnecessary laparoscopy on me. Then he misdiagnosed me with an STD that I did NOT have and allowed me to believe that I DID have it until I changed doctors and was properly diagnosed. I would not visit Dr. Loman again if he was PAYING me to visit.

My last 6 weeks he sent me for a Bpp and NST weekly and it was kind of obnoxios but at least i could see my baby weekly and knew he was ok. If it wasnt for him me and my baby could have died their but he was there for my delivery and as much as i hated waiting at the office when he had to deliver others i would rather wait and have him at someones delivery and myself have to wait a little longer, their are other people in the world that need more attention somethimes! if your having delivery complications community hosp is not the place to go and the doctors cant help that the hospital you show up at doesnt have the equiptment to fix your problem.... i had no problems with this dr. he was professional and tryed to lighten the mood when i was nervous and even made sure to say hello to my husband at each visit!

He's not very knowledgeable. I had to bring online info to him in order to get some sort of relief for a recent vulvanitis. He can be very crude and passes sexual jokes quite frequently which I found extremely unprofessional.

i do not by any means recommend this doctor for the birth of your child -both of my children delivered by this doctor have learning disabilities and both should had been c-section-my first daughter was delivered there and she was given to me after birth blue and not breathing so she had to remain int he hospital quite sometime and even had to go to all children s hospital after the birth -then there is my son who was born with macrocephaly simian creases-when i went into delivery i had absolutely no animiotic fluid left for baby james and they made me deliver him natarully with inducement when he came out he had bile on him and he was distressed and then they had the nerves to say i was doing drugs ill tell you what dr loman is lucky this was years ago and i was to young and dumb to know better to sue -so BY NO MEANS DO NO T DELIVER YOUR BABY WITH THESE PEOPLE -there are many better doctors out there.....

Service and care depend on day you are there. Doctor is sometimes kind and caring, explaining everything patiently. Sometimes he is overtired and moody, making it hard to talk to him. Waiting room can be very full by early afternoon, making 2 hour wait if he has to be at the hospital in the morning. However, he is probably one of the best OBGYN in Pasco county, which seems to be full of below standard doctors.
