I waited almost three hours for him in his office. I literally saw with my own eyes him getting out of his truck with his golf clubs. Then proceeded to be impatient and rude to me rushing through the procedure. He was not gentle nor kind nor understanding. He was completely unprofessional and I will NEVER take my business there again. Ever.
