My experience was extremely disappointing. The assessment process was poorly conducted, with a clear lack of understanding and communication. The individuals involved seemed robotic, only focused on process and numbers, lacking genuine care for people. This is not an isolated incident, but a pervasive issue. Professionals making life-changing decisions should be held to a higher standard. I cannot recommend this place to any parent. Instead of feeling supported and confident in the findings, I was left stressed and disillusioned. It is essential that we bring back genuine care for one another in all areas of life, including assessments and decision-making processes. This experience highlighted the urgent need for change.
