We were referred to Dr. Jaiffe by our attorney following a serious car accident to treat my fiancé's injuries. He is a salesman who guaranteed he'd monitor and guide the whole process... this never materialized.

It's been over a month and the care providers he referred us to have cancelled their afternoon appointments so the staff could go home early (cancelling important cervical spine injections she needed), failed to call back, wanted us to drive from Tucson to Scottsdale on both a Tuesday and a Wednesday for tests because "the techs that do those tests don't work on the same days," and generally he has just been absolutely absent and unhelpful.

So, we're evaluating everything about her care now and will definitely not be continuing "care" (that we both wish she could get).

It takes a LOT for me to leave a negative review... and I almost NEVER leave a 1-star review, but our experience with Dr. Jeff Jaiffe and all the providers he referred us to has been absolutely awful.

Avoid this chiropractor who tries to pass himself off as a physician at all costs.

I have never met Doctor Raiffie. We do not live in the same state. However, today, Doctor Raiffie thought it would be funny to troll a political post I made on Facebook. He proceeded to repeatedly call me a “p*ssy,” and a “loser” and a “stupid f**k” because he did not agree with my political opinion. I have saved all of these messages as evidence. I cannot attest to his abilities as a chiropractor, but I can say with certainty that this man is an unprofessional, angry and malicious bully and should be scrutinized carefully.

I used to visit Dr. Raiffie last year (in Mesa), and it was a great experience. I checked yesterday if he was still at the same clinic, close to the gym I am trying to get into, but I didn't see him there. He's really fun to work with. I remember going there summertime and I always take my nieces and/or nephew with me at some days, and I may say that he's really friendly. I hope that he still works near my area!
