Biography

Dr. Lawitts was born and raised in Syracuse, NY. She received her Bachelor of Science and D.D.S degree from Northwestern University in Chicago. Dr. Lawitts completed a post-doctoral dental residency program at Upstate Medical Center and opened her own practice. She taught for many years at Upstate Medical Center in the dental division. Dr. Lawitts focuses her practice on comprehensive, quality dental care while utilizing state of the art instrumentation and techniques. Dr. Lawitts' practice revolves around minimizing any patient discomfort or anxiety. Dr. Lawitts keeps up with the latest techniques by attending numerous continuing education courses. She is a member of the Fifth District Dental Society, Onondaga Dental Society, American Dental Association, Woman's Dental Association, Alpha Omega Dental Fraternity,and the Academy of General Dentistry.
